Currently there is only one of these extra pages. I edit this page by opening the file other_page.html in TextEdit, making edits, and then re-syncing the folder containing that file to my remote server.
I can use pages like this one for uploading written work or media files, like photographs. But, as you may know, I am still figuring out how to upload files from my local computer (the files upload, but I keep running into "Forbidden 403" errors when I click on them).
I would like to prove, mainly to myself, that I do not need a profile on a big social media platform like Facebook or X or Instagram to be "reachable" on the internet. Obviously this is a lot more work, but the payoff is greater (more pain, more gain) and it's a way of maintaining some digital connectivity without totally rejecting the medium.
